The file link below already has the correct paths setup for use with our hosting. You can download the file and change the domain name details and ftp username and password when you import it into your Actinic site.

Once imported you can then make the manual changes to reflect your domain name and details. Click Here To Download The Settings File when the page opens right click and choose "Save Page As"

How To Set Up Blogger.com
Ok so you want to setup a blog on your site using blogger.com these instructions should help

Create a new ftp account under your control panel, we recommend the follwing settings

user name = blog
password = what every you can remember

leave all the other settings alone, dont change anything as this will create a folder for you blog called blog that you can view from the internet @ http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/blog

Setting Up Blogger

You need to select the option to host it on you server, fill all your name details in that you want to use.

now under the publish settings set it up as follows

FTP Server yourdomain.co.uk
Blog URL http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/blog
FTP Path:
Blog Filename: index.html
Feed Filename: atom.xml
FTP Username blog@yourdomain.co.uk
FTP Password yourpassword

When you publish your blog it will take a short while then you should receive the confirmation page. If you encounter a 530 error or login in correct then you have something wrong in your user name or password. A good way to check is to use these settings in your ftp program (filezilla or something similar)
