Cobian Back Up

Our servers support the use of Cobian backup, for a few reasons.

So what is Cobian?

Its a simple application that you install on your PC and configure to backup your data. You create a new task and set the parameters. These could be to copy your pictures to a safe place on your web server or you could back up data from your webserver to your pc. This process can be  automated using the built in scheduler.

The software writer has a support forum and a decent help section for setting up Cobian and we recommend that if you like the software you make a donation to the creator.

Remember data transfers to and from your webserver are part of your bandwidth usage but unlike many hosting companies "Tame The Web" does not charge you for making backups to and from you site hosted with us.
